Services Held on Saturday for Agnes Beck

Funeral services for Agnes Rebecca Beck, 81, who died July 22, 1981, in Blair, were held at First Lutheran Church on Saturday, July 25,1 981.

Rev. Carl Schattauer, Jr., and Rev. Kurt Sortland conducted the services. Burial was in Blair Cemetery.

Agnes Rebecca Beck was born in Hampton, Nebraska, on September 23, 1899, to J. T. and Clara Aalund Lund. She married Marcus Beck on June 14, 1922. A homemaker, she lived in Fremont from 1942-1979 and then moved to Blair.

One daughter, Ruth Patricia Salchow, preceded her in death.

She is survived by her husband, Marcus Beck, Blair and two sons, Rev. John Beck, Blair; and Dr. Marcus Beck, Columbia, Missouri. One sister, Mrs. Bea Reischmuller, San Rafael, California; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren also survive her.

Pallbearers were Jim Anderson, Kermit Goll, Ivan Johansen, Phil Larsen, Ray Lund, and Dr. Paul Neve.

Clare Cowing was organist.

Campbell Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements for the services.
