Doris Irene Beck, 80 died Friday, March 14, 1997 at the Kalispell Regional Hospital in Kalispell, Montana.

Services were March 15 at the Johnson Mortuary Chapel in Kalispell. She was cremated and burial will be at a later date in Nebraska.

Beck was born Dec. 26, 1916 in Creston, Iowa to Robert Hall Foley and Lillie Crom Foley. She married Lloyd Clarence Beck in 1938. They farmed for many years. Her family moved to Columbia Falls in 1960 and she lived there until 1982 at which time she moved to Nebraska. She returned to Kalispell in July, 1996 to live with her daughter.

Survivors are her four children, L. Don Rogers of Missoula, Mont.; Marilyn J. Larsen of Hooper, Nebr., Michiel J. Beck of Suwanee, Ga.; and Patricia J. Parsons of Kalispell; 12 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Beck.

Memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society. Arrangements were by the Johnson Mortuary & Crematory.
