James Keegan Died Friday

James Paul Keegan, 53 years of age, of Route 2, Blair, died Friday at Memorial Community Hospital.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday morning at 9 o’clock at St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church. Father Edward O’Donnell officiating, with interment in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Council Bluffs, Ia.

Mr. Keegan was born Jan. 21, 1907 at Underwood, Ia. He was a painter by trade.

He is survived by four brothers, Frank and Lucas of Blair; John, Fort Calhoun; and Kenneth, Kensington, Md.; two sisters, Mrs. Herman Newman of Blair and Mrs. Mamie Ping of Omaha; 16 nephews and nieces.

The Bendorf Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
