Mrs. Caesar Kegler Died Saturday, March 20th

Mrs. Caesar Kegler, a resident of the Good Shepherd Home, died last Saturday, March 20th at the Home. She was 80 years of age. She was known to her friends as Mary Ann Kegler.

Mrs. Kegler was born at Herman October 15, 1895. She spent her entire life in Washington County. Her husband, Caesar, was a farmer until his retirement and death a number of years ago.

Mrs. Kegler is survived by one daughter, Gladys, who is Mrs. Vernon Christopherson of Blair. She is also survived by two sisters, Mrs. Hannah Wilson and Mrs. Pearl Nelson, both of Blair. There are four grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at the First Lutheran Church. The Rev. Robert Albers and the Rev. John Peterson conducted the service. Burial, under the direction of the Bendorf Funeral Home, was in the Blair Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Carl C. Marhenke, Larry Dennis, Harry Naverude, Larry Droppleman, Raymond Wilson and Vernon Mathiesen.
