Herbert Siemer, 89
Herbert Siemer, 89, of Blair, formerly of the Fort Calhoun area, died Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2015, in Blair.
Services are 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 23, at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 11120 Calhoun Road, Omaha. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Visitation is 5-7 p.m. Thursday at the Roeder Mortuary’s Ames Chapel,4932 Ames Ave., in Omaha.
Herbert Siemer was born August 3, 1925, to Gus and Adele Siemer.
He is survived by children: Richard Siemer, Steve Siemer, Lana Smith, Lisa (Ron) VanVleet and Marcy (Tom) Krisor; 10 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by Mary Ann; his parents; and brother Richard.
