Funeral services for Ethel Blyth Kelly, who died at Crowell Memorial Home April 16, 1988, were held Monday, April 18, at Campbell Funeral Home in Blair with Rev. Morland Adell officiating. Burial was in the Blair Cemetery.

Ethel was born August 20, 1888, in Blair to William and Fannie (Ford) Kelly.

She taught in the Blair school system for 13 years, at which time she moved to Lincoln, where she worked for the Department of Agriculture for 36 years.

She moved back to Blair in 1956.

Ethel was a member of the First Methodist Church and a member of the Blair chapter of the Order of Eastern Star for 81 years.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Margaret Kelly, and a brother, Paul Kelly.

Serving as casket bearers were Roy I Anderson, Lois Carlsen, Jens Krogh, Etlar Olsen and Helen Olsen.
