Irwin H. Nelson, 75

Irwin H. Nelson, 75, of Fort Calhoun died Monday, Jan. 26, 2015, in Omaha.

Services are 10 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 29, at Fort Calhoun Presbyterian Church. Interment will be in the Fort Calhoun Cemetery with military honors conducted by the Fort Calhoun American Legion Post 348. Visitation is 5-8 p.m. Wednesday with a Masonic service at 7 p.m. conducted by Solomon Lodge 10 A.F. & A.M. at Sievers‐Sprick Funeral Home.

Irvin H. Nelson was born Aug. 24, 1939, in Omaha to Charles Harry and Mildred Dorothy (Ambler) Nelson.

He is survived by his wife, Pat Knag Nelson of Fort Calhoun; sons: Ritchie (Michelle)

Nelson of Fort Calhoun and Donald (Susan) Nelson of Elkhorn; brothers: LeRoy (Linda) Nelson and Allen (Sharon) Nelson, all of Fort Calhoun; grandchildren: Madison, Carson, Lauren, A.J., Cole, Brenna and Grace; nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles H. and Mildred D. Nelson; and grandmother Tina Ambler.

Memorials are suggested to the Fort Calhoun Presbyterian Church Building Fund or Fort Calhoun American Legion Post 348.
