Mrs. Kephart, 84 Died At Good Shepherd Home

Mrs. Listie Lillian Kephart, a resident of the Good Shepherd Home, died Tuesday, October 12th. She was 84 years of age, having been born September 27, 1887. She was a native of Sterling, Nebraska.

Mrs. Kephart is survived by nine children. They are Melvin Kephart of Ft. Calhoun, Elvin Kephart of Council Bluffs, Ross Kephart of Treynor, Iowa, Claude Kephart of Craig, Missouri, Gene Kephart of Council Bluffs, Mrs. Maude Jones of Ft. Calhoun, Mrs. Stan Aaberg (Fern) of Blair, Belva Leona Plambeck of Millard and Vina Lucille Adney of Tennessee.

A brother, Herbert Smith and a sister Nellie Moore both live at Napa, Idaho. Others are Chester Smith of Glenwood, Iowa, Goldie Travis of Council Bluffs and Dixie Nelson of Missouri.

Funeral services will be held at the First Lutheran Church Saturday afternoon with the Rev. Sanford D. Sorgen conducting the service.
