Former Blair Minister Killed In Accident Sunday

Rev. Ralph Kersey, 48, Tecumseh, former pastor of the Blair Christian Church, was killed Sunday when the car he was driving went out of control on an icy curve on Highway 136 west of Vesta and collided with a truck.

Rev. Kersey served the Blair church for five years, leaving Blair in 1956 to serve a church at Elm Creek. He moved to Tecumseh two years ago. He served the churches at Tecumseh and Virginia.

He is survived by his wife, Jessie; children, Mrs. Ronnie Hansen (Erma) of Blair, Mrs. Marita Wright of Tecumseh, Bob of White Sands, Ariz., and twins, Joyce and Jim, at home.
