Services for Daniel Charles Mercer, 52 of Runaway Bay, Texas were Monday, October 23 at the Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel in Bridgeport, Texas. Burial was in the East Bridgeport Cemetery.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Christina Lynn Hauck; brothers, Dean Mercer and Don Mercer and his father.
He is survived by his wife, LaRue Mercer, Runaway Bay; his mother, Linnes Shoup, Bridgeport; daughters, Cindi Handy-Clark, Arlington; Kelly Brose, Des Moines; and Laura Williams, Runaway Bay; sons, Kenny Riggs, Lewisville and John Riggs, Bridgeport; and 10 grandchildren.
