DR. WAYNE S. STAN (STANISZEWSKI)

Dr. Wayne S. Stan (Staniszewski), 50, of Fort Calhoun, died Nov. 21, 2003.

Memorial services will be 1 p.m. Friday, Nov. 28, at Crosby-Burket-Swanson-Golden Colonial Chapel, 11902 West Center Street, Omaha. There is no visitation.

Dr. Wayne S. Staniszewski was born Feb. 14, 1953 in Chicago, Ill. He grew up in Cicero, Ill., and attended college and graduated from the Illinois College of Podiatric Medicine in 1980. He moved to Nebraska to start up his practice and build his home in 1981 in Fort Calhoun. He was a devoted and loving father and husband.

He is survived by his wife, Melissa; and two children, Sierra Jo and Shane Lukas Stan; sister and brother-in-law, Ann and John Gilbert, and many friends.

Memorials are suggested to the Nebraska Humane Society and the Nebraska Heart Association.
