Survived by wife, Alice, Omaha; sons and daughters-in-law, Gary and Linda, Larry and Mary, all Bellevue, NE; daughters and sons-in-law, Karen and Tom Hamilton, Linda and Randy Vicek, all Omaha; 11 grandchildren, Kevin, Kayleen, Kyle, Greg, Sarah, and Catherine Stanek, Justin, E.J. and Tommy Hamilton, Amanda and Becca Vicek; brothers-in-law, Don, Tommy and Ray Vodicka; other loving relatives and friends. Frank “Fritz” Stanek was a member of the Omaha Public School Board of Directors for 34 years. WAKE Tuesday 7 pm at Assumption Catholic Church. FUNERAL Wednesday 10 am at Assumption Catholic Church. Interment St. Mary’s Cemetery. VISITATION begins Tuesday at 2 pm at the Church. Memorials to Assumption Catholic Church, St. Bernadette Catholic Church, Gross High School, OPS School Foundation, or the American Cancer Society Relay for Life # 27.
