Services for Geneath Sorensen, 81 of Blair who died May 18, 1994 at Memorial Community Hospital in Blair were Friday, May 20 at the Church of Christ in Harlan, iowa. Evangelist Charles Arnold officiated. Burial was in the Harlan Cemetery.
Geneath Sorensen was born May 13, 1913 in Harlan, Iowa to Roy and Bessie Findlay Havick. She had an eighth grade education and was a homemaker during her lifetime.
She married Harold Sorensen. He preceded her in death in 1973.
She is survived by a son, Eugene Sorensen of Blair; a daughter, Charlene Hawkins of Longmont, Colorado; 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.
