Mildred Divoll

Mildred Divoll of Omaha died Friday, Feb. 13, 2015, in Omaha.

A memorial service to celebrate her life will be 10:30 a.m. on March 6, 2015, in the chapel at Christ Community Church, 404 South 108th Ave., Omaha, 68154.

Mildred was born in 1928 in Herman to Andrew and Bessie Alback.

She attended Dana College and was a teacher in Herman. She shared many stories of being a teacher in a country schoolhouse.

Mildred married Carroll Divoll and resided in Blair until moving to Omaha.

She was loved and will be missed by many family members and friends.

She was a loving mother of two, and is survived by Cheryl Rumbaugh and Darrell Divoll. She was the grandmother of Jason Rumbaugh, Austin Rumbaugh and his wife, Jessica. She is survived by great-grandchildren: Zoey and Reece.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 38 years.

Memorial donations in her honor may be directed to Christ Community Church.

Mildred was preceded in death by her husband, Carroll “Doc” Divoll. Survived by son, Darrell, daughter, Cheryl Rumbaugh, grandsons Jason and Ausing Rumbaugh and Austin’s wife Jessica. Great-grandmother of Zoey and Reece. She was loved and will be missed by many family members and friends. Memorial Service at 10:30am March 6, 2015 at Christ Community Church, 404 South 108th Avenue, Omaha. Memorials to Christ Community Church.
