Clyde F. Kerstetter, 81
Clyde F. Kerstetter, 81, of Seattle, Wash., died Oct. 1, 2001, in a hospital in Seattle. Funeral services were held Monday Oct. 8, in Seattle.
Clyde F. Kerstetter was born June 22, 1920, at Washington, Nebr., to Earnest and Emma (Stender) Kerstetter. He attended Star Town and graduated from Bennington High School.
He was married to Johanna Hageny.
Mr. Kerstetter was in the U.S. Coast Guard during World War II until he retired.
He is survived by a sister and brother-in-law, Faye and Irvin Kay of Kennard, brothers and sisters-in-law, Stanley and Grace Kerstetter of Kennard, Keith and Mary Cornelius of Moveille, Iowa, and Kermit Cornelius of Omaha, and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Johanna, and brother, Calvin Cornelius.
