Frank Kibbon, 75

Services for Frank Kibbon, 75 of Blair who died January 15, 1995 at Memorial Community Hospital in Blair will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, January 18 at St. John Vianney Church in Omaha. Rev. Thomas Furlong will officiate. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery with full military honors by the Millard Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 8334 and American Legion Post 374.

Visitation will begin at 3 p.m. Tuesday. A scriptural Rosary will be held at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Heafey-Heafey-Hoffman-Dworak & Cutler’s West Center Chapel.

Frank Kibbon was born December 14, 1919 at Omaha to Alex and Bertha Zinder Kibbon. He had been baptized into the Roman Catholic faith.

He was a self-employed general contractor.

He served in the United States Army during World War II.

He was married to the former DeEtta D. Brickner. She survives him.

Other survivors include sons, Frank R. of Hampton, Nebraska; Larry J. of Chicago, Illinois and Terry L., Omaha; a daughter, Cindy A. Julas of Springfield, Nebraska; a stepson, Richard Longo of Colorado; stepdaughters, Vicki Glassinger of Essex, Iowa and Debbie Anania of Omaha; 17 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Pallbearers will be Chris Kibbon, Bryan Julas, Steven Juhas, Tony Anania, Patrick Glassinger and Matthew Kibbon.
