WILLIAM F. SORENSEN, 48

William F. Sorensen, 48, of Atlantic, Iowa, died Sunday, Nov. 1, 2009.

Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 4, at First Lutheran Church in Blair. Interment will be at the Holy Cross Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. Wednesday until the service time at the church.

William “Bill” Frederick Sorensen was born Aug. 5, 1961, to Ron and Kathleen Sorensen.

He is survived by his father and stepmother, Ron and Nancy Sorensen of Blair; siblings, Peggy and Ming-Guang Chen and Kate and Percy Johnson, all of Omaha; Tom and Martha Sorensen, Molly and Aarron Meeves, Ron and Jenifer Sorensen, and Janace and Pat Grover; all of Blair; Libby Phillips of Bradenton, Fla., Chris Sorensen of San Francisco, Calif.; and Alice and Dean Elder of Bellevue; grandmother, Blanche Stanley of Omaha; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Kathleen; grandparents, Harry and Agatha Sorensen; and a brother, Andy Sorensen.

Campbell-Aman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
