MRS. NELLIE KING RITES WEDNESDAY

Funeral services were held Wednesday for Mrs. Nellie E. King, 76 of Blair. She had died at her home at the Blair apartments on Sunday, January 31st.

Mrs. King was born October 6th, 1888 at Denison, Iowa and came to Blair many years ago. She was married to Charles Abner King, who preceded her in death. Mrs. King is survived by five sons and one daughter. The sons are George A., Victor and Floyd King, all of Blair, Robert of Long Beach, California and of Gilroy, California. The daughter is Mrs. Floyd Sheets (Grace) of Herman. There are 19 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren surviving.

Funeral services were held at the First Christian Church Wednesday afternoon with the Rev. Gail Dunning conducting the service. Burial, under the direction of the Bendorf Funeral Home, was made in the Blair cemetery.

Pallbearers were grandson of Mrs. King. They were Dale Epperson, Walter Mitchell, Lee Ray, Donald and Tom King and John Sutherland.
