SERVICE HELD IN BLAIR FOR FERN SPANN

Services were held Friday, December 9, at Campbell Funeral Home for Fern F. Spann, 89, who died December 7, 1983 at Memorial Community Hospital in Blair.

The Rev. Thorvald Hansen officiated. Burial was December 10 in Woodlawn Cemetery at Atkinson, Nebraska.

Fern F. Spann was born at Lincoln, Nebraska, July 21, 1894 to William Friedrich and Mary Bergmann Spann. A homemaker, she never married. She was living at Good Shepherd Home at the time of her death.

She is survived by nephews, Art Beck and Dan Beck, both of Blair; and two brothers, Elmer Spann and Albert Spann, both of Atkinson, Nebraska.

Campbell Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements for the services.
