| L.L. Arnold passed away Saturday morning following an illness lasting over four years. Death was due to hardening of the arteries. Mr. Arnold has been a resident here for many years and had reached the ripe age of 94.
He leaves a daughter, Mrs. C.G. Wood, who has made her home with her father for a number of years caring for him in his declining years; a son, Charles Arnold also a resident here.
Funeral services were held at the Baptist church Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 and interment made in the Herman cemetery.
His actual death date was not listed.
