William Klahn, 83, Is Buried Today

Funeral services are being held today, March 22nd for William Klahn, age 83, who died March 19th at Memorial Community Hospital in Blair.

Mr. Klahn was born at Washington, Nebraska January 18, 1879 and had spent all of his active life farming near Ft. Calhoun. Services are being held at the Presbyterian church, with the Rev. Donald Killin officiating. Burial will be made in the Ft. Calhoun cemetery under the direction of the Sievers Funeral Home.

He is survived by four sisters, Mrs. Ida White, of Montana; Mrs. Minnie Miller, of Fort Calhoun; Mrs. Leo Drake, of California and Mrs. Mathilda Crum, of Decatur, Nebraska. A brother, John Klahn, resides at Ft. Calhoun.

Pallbearers at the services are: William Pringle, Harry Fritz, Stanley Ohrt, Richard Burmeister, William Kay and Emil Kruse.
