GEORGE STENGER DIED AT AGE OF 75 YEARS
George Stenger passed away Wednesday evening in the Wahoo Nursing Home at the age of 75 years. Mr. Stenger had been in failing health for several years.
George Stenger was baptized, confirmed and married in the Salem Lutheran Church of Fontanelle. Earlier this year they celebrated their golden wedding anniversary.
Survivors include his wife, Gertrude; son, Kenneth; one brother, Henry in Fremont; two sisters, Mrs. Henry Wilkening of Blair and Mrs. Walter Seissert of Fremont.
A prayer service was held for the family at 1:00 p.m. last Sunday and funeral services were at 2:30 p.m.
