Betty R. Tripp, 90

Betty R. Tripp, 90, of Omaha, died April 5, 2015, in Omaha. She was born May 6, 1924, in Omaha.

She is survived by her husband, Donald R. Tripp Sr.; son, Donald R. Tripp Jr. (Dorothy); daughter, Patti Halford; sons, Scott Tripp and Jon D. Tripp (Barb), both of Omaha; grandchildren: Kimberly Borsch, Anne Kaslon, Deborah Tripp, Katie Wilson and April Bacerra; and many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Norton Carlson and Edna Ruth (Starr) Carlson.

Visitation was 5 to 7 p.m. April 7 at Sievers-Sprick Funeral Home in Fort Calhoun. A memorial service was held at 11 a.m. April 8 at the funeral home. Interment was private.

Memorials are suggested to Fort Calhoun Fire and Rescue.
