LUCILLE ANN KNECHT

Lucille Ann Knecht, the oldest daughter of J. Paul Knecht and Elsie nee’ Dahlkoetter entered into God’s eternal kingdom on June 24, 1969 at the Dodge Co. Community Hospital after a lingering illness.

She was born at Arlington, Nebraska on January 12, 1922. She was made a child of God through Holy Baptism on January 29, 1922 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Arlington.

She received her elementary schooling and Confirmation instruction at St. Paul’s Lutheran School and was confirmed there on April 14, 1935 by the Rev. G. W. Wolter.

Until February of 1968 she was employed by Campbell Soup Co. for five years, having previously worked at the Green Room Café and at Schweser’s Dept. Store.

She is survived by her parents Mr. and Mrs. Paul Knecht of Arlington, two sisters, Mrs. Victor Stork (Violet), and Mrs. Curtis Schmidt (Darleen) of Arlington, three nieces and three nephews.

Christian burial was conducted at Trinity Lutheran Church, Fremont, with interment at St. Paul’s Cemetery, Arlington, Nebr.
