Charles Bell

Charles Bell, colored, an employee of the Kansas City Bridge Company, died of heart failure at one of the bunk shacks near the bridge site early Monday afternoon. He had been a member of the “sand-hogging” crew and had been in the employ of the company about two months. A short funeral service was held yesterday afternoon after which interment was made in Blair cemetery.
