Mary E. Dillenburg, 80 years, of Fontanelle, NE died Monday, April 6, 2015 at Arbor Manor in Fremont, NE.

Mary was born September 9, 1934 in Manitoba, MN to Lawrence and Nellie (McMillion) Rinner. Her family moved to Elston, IA where she attended school.

Mary married Elbert B. Dillenburg on April 4, 1953 at Arispe, IA. The couple moved to Redding, Iowa and lived there until moving to Omaha in the late 1980's. Elbert died February 29, 1993. Mary moved to Fontanelle, NE in 1997.

She is survived by sons, Jerry and wife, Roxann Dillenburg of Fontanelle, NE and Arlo Dillenburg, Sr. of Fremont; daughters, Linda Cannon of Carbon, IA and Cheryl and husband, Monte Olin of Des Moines, IA; brothers, Ronnie and wife, Laurel Rinner of Yale, IA, George Rinner and Charlie and wife, Ellen Rinner all of Creston, IA; sisters, Alice Dillenburg of Creston, IA and Juanita and husband, George Spencer of Winterset, IA; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brother, Freddie Rinner; sister, Jeanne Thompson; grandchildren, Christy Jennings and Arlo Dillenburg, Jr.

Funeral service, 11 AM, Thursday, April 9, 2015 at Moser Memorial Chapel in Fremont. The Rev. Leland Foreman will officiate. Visitation on Thursday from 9 AM to 11 AM at the funeral home. Burial at Blair Cemetery in Blair, NE. Memorials may be directed to the family.
