SERVICES HELD ON WEDNESDAY FOR RUTH OERMAN

Services for Ruth Oerman, 78, of Herman, were 2 p.m. Wednesday at Immanuel Lutheran Church east of Winslow. The Rev. Donald Brunner officiated.

Mrs. Oerman died Monday in the Fremont Hospital.

She was born Dec. 21, 1899, in rural Hooper and was a lifetime resident of the Hooper-Herman area.

She belonged to Immanuel Lutheran Church and the Ladies' Aid.

The former Ruth Hartung, she married Herbert Oerman Sept. 10, 1924. He died July 30, 1970.

Survivors include sons, Merlin of Craig and Bernard of Herman; daughter, Mrs. Marvin (Ione) Hoeneman of Craig; 11 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; brother, George Hartung of Fremont; and sisters, Mrs. William (Esther) Bohling of Arlington and Mrs. Herbert (Helen) Poelke of Ronan, Mont.

Burial was in Immanuel Cemetery.
