Dale Lavern Knight, Omaha, died July 22, 1987, in Omaha.

He was born August 7, 1935, to Walter and Gertrude M. (Patton) Knight in Glenwood, Iowa.

A veteran, he was a heavy equipment operator by trade.

Services for Knight were held at 1 p.m. Monday, July 27, 1987, at Roeder Mortuary in Omaha.

Burial was in the Blair Cemetery.

Survivors include wife Maralyn; two sons, William and Dean; daughter Mardell; four grandchildren, and four brothers and sisters, all of Omaha.
