David M. Betts Jr., 45, of Minneapolis, Minn., died Thursday, March 5, 2009, in Minneapolis.

Memorials services were held Monday, March 9 at St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church in Blair.

David Michael Betts Jr. was born Dec. 28, 1963, to David Michael Betts and Judith (Hain) Betts.

He is survived by his wife, Sheila; four children, Zachary, Jacob, Tiffany, and Danny Betts, all of Stoughton, Wis.; father and stepmother, David and Fran of Milwaukee, Wis.; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Deborah and Joe Lager, and Cindy and Ben Hoffschneider, all of Blair; seven nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Judith; grandfathers, Clarence and Joseph; and grandmother, Angeline.
