Roy Knight, 91, of Blair died Friday, July 31, 1998, at Memorial Community Hospital in Blair.

Services were Monday, Aug. 3, at the Campbell-Aman Funeral Chapel in Blair. Burial was in the Blair Cemetery.

Roy Knight was born Nov. 12, 1906, at Glenwood, Iowa, to Charles and Lucinda (Smelser) Knight. He attended school in Glenwood.

On Nov. 12, 1930, he married Margreete M. Fiscus.

He farmed in the Washington County area and was in the masonry and stucco business. He had worked for Modern _______ of Omaha.

The couple lived in Omaha and Kennard. Mrs. Knight preceded him in death on Nov. 14, 1991.

He was living in Blair at the time of his death.

He is survived by a brother, Clarence, of Omaha and three sisters, Pearl Brown of Missouri Valley, Iowa, Ruby Weidman of Missouri Valley and Rosie Reaves of Sioux City, Iowa.

He was preceded in death by his wife and 10 brothers and sisters.

Campbell-Aman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
