FORMER COUNTAIN DIED IN CALIFORNIA ON MARCH 3RD

Arthur William Knudsen, a former Washington County resident, died in Modesto, California on March 3rd. He was the son of Nels and Ingrid Knudsen, having been born here September 29, 1921. He moved to California in 1942 and has made his home there since that time.

He is survived by his wife, Rose, his children, Elizabeth, Alex and David, his mother, Mrs. Knudsen, a brother, Eric Knudsen of Washington village and a brother, Joe of Los Angeles, California.

Funeral services were held March 5th at Modesto, California.
