Agnes O'Hearn, 82

Services for Agnes C. O'Hearn, 82, of Arlington, who died Wednesday, April 16, 1986, at the Lutheran Medical Center in Omaha, were held Saturday, April 19, at the Arlington Community Church. Burial was in Forest Lawn Cemetery in Omaha and the Rev. Robert Saunder officiated.

Mrs. O'Hearn was born September 30, 1902, the daughter of Peder and Johanna Holbeck of Aahrus, Denmark. She came to the United States when she was ten years old and settled in Dell Rapids, South Dakota, where she grew up. She lived in Omaha until moving to Arlington in January, 1986.

She married Edward J. O'Hearn on May 2, 1937, in Omaha.

Survivors include her sons, Pete Johnson of Milipitas, California, and John O'Hearn of San Diego, California; daughters, Mrs. Raymond (Nancy) Knievel of Arlington and Mrs. James (Patti) Calhoun of Milford, Connecticut; 14 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; one son, William O'Hearn; brothers, Carl, Berg and Fred Holbeck, and sisters Theckla, Alma, Kirsten, Sophie and Gina.

Pallbeareres were Dennis Pavlik, Boyd Steenblock, Trace Hansen, Charles Chrystak, Sr., Charles Chrystak, Jr., and Bud Stowe.

Organist and soloist was Mrs. Shirley Schmidt.

Reckmeyer-Moser Funeral home of Blair was in charge of arrangements.
