MRS. LILY P. COFFIN RITES WEDNESDAY

Funeral services were held for Lily P. Coffin, Wednesday afternoon at the First Baptist Church in Blair. Mrs. Coffin, in failing health for some time, had died at Memorial Community Hospital, Monday, October 10th. She was 67 years old.

Mrs. Coffin was the widow of the late C. M. Coffin and for many years the couple lived in the Ft. Calhoun vicinity. Since moving to Blair, Mrs. Coffin has operated a home for elderly men.

The Rev. Rex Bear, former pastor of the First Baptist Church here, came from Omaha to conduct the services and burial was made in the Ft. Calhoun Cemetery under the direction of the Sievers Funeral Home.

Mrs. Coffin is survived by a son, Charles, of Omaha, a brother, John Norgard, of California and a sister, Mrs. Rose Taylor of LaPlatte, Nebraska. There are also tow grandchildren.
