Gustav Knuse

Gustav Knuse, a prominent farmer residing three miles northeast of Fontanelle, died last Wednesday in a hospital in Omaha after an illness of several months duration. The remains were taken to Fontanelle for burial and the funeral services held Saturday. Mr. Knuse was born in Germany fifty-eight years ago. He came to this country as a young man and located at Quincy, Ill. After a brief stay there he moved to Nebraska, settling on a farm near Fontanelle where he has resided for the last forty years.
