Laura Knutsen Dies At Tekamah Home

Laura Knutsen died on July 10th at the Senior Citizen Center in Tekamah. Funeral services were held on Saturday, July 12, at the Campbell Funeral Home in Blair. Burial was at the Orum Cemetery with Rev. Kurt Sortland officiating.

Laura Knutsen had never been married and was born in Blair, Nebraska on October 23, 1901. She was 78 years old at the time of her death.

She is survived by one sister, Mrs. Walter (Mary) Novak of Blair. Other nephews and nieces are: Howard Larsen, Herman; Ralph Novak, Blair; Mildred Ferguson, Omaha and Mrs. Andrew Hansen of Litchfield, Nebraska.

Pallbearers were: Howard Larsen, Ralph Novak, Edward Hansen, Andrew Hansen, Jr., Alton Larsen and Jack Ericksen.
