Rites Held Sunday For Mrs. Knutsen

Funeral services were held Sunday at the Orum Lutheran Church for Mrs. Fred Knutsen, who died Thursday at Memorial Community Hospital. The Rev. Harold Laursen officiated with interment in Orum Cemetery.

Mrs. Pauline Knutsen was born in Denmark April 23, 1876. The Knutsens were residents of the Orum area for many years.

She is survived by three daughters: Mrs. Walter Novak of Blair, Mrs. Edgar Larsen of Herman and Miss Laura Knutsen of Omaha; four grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Sena Wulf of Orum.

Pallbearers were Jens Hansen, Carl and George Rasmussen, Martin Larsen, Harold Taylor and Gus Rolland.

The Bendorf Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
