Services for Phyllis Mae Koci, 57 of Fort Worth, Texas who died at a Texas hospital November 8, 1993 are Thursday, November 11 at White’s Funeral Chapel in Azle, Texas. Rev. Dale Waser is officiating. Burial will be in Azleland Memorial Park.

Phyllis Mae Koci was born June 18, 1936 in Nebraska. She was an inspector for 17 years at Lockheed, formerly General Dynamics.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 23 years, Albert J. Koci; one brother, Rudy and her father, Harvey E. Shuster.

She is survived by a daughter, Terra LaFountain of Fort Worth; her mother, Lillian Shuster of Schuyler, Nebraska; a brother, Harvey Shuster of Blair; two sisters, Lil Balmer of Lincoln, Nebraska and Margaret Kirchoff of Ft. Meyers, Florida and one grandson.

White’s Azle Funeral Home in Azle, Texas is in charge of arrangements.
