Linda K. Koehn, 58

Linda K. Koehn, 58, of Blair, died Thursday, May 15, 2008, at the Crowell Memorial Home in Blair after a two-year battle with cancer.

Funeral services were Monday, May 19 at the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Wisner. Interment was in the Wisner Cemetery.

Linda Kay Jurgensen was born April 18, 1950, at West Point to Ervin and Lois (Rabe) Jurgensen. She was baptized and confirmed at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Wisner.

On April 21, 1973, she married Theran Koehn. The couple lived in Wisner before moving to Blair in 1987. Mrs. Koehn was employed by the Crowell Nursing Home in Blair for 13 years.

She was a member of the Wisner Fire Belles until moving to Blair, and was also a member of the Wisner VFW Auxiliary Post No. 5767 and member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Blair.

She is survived by her husband, Theran; son and daughter-in-law, Travis and Beth of Round Rock, Texas; daughter, Nikki, of Blair; one grandson; mother, Lois Tomrdle of Wisner; sister and brother-in-law, Patricia and Dave Hoar of Norfolk; and brother, Don Jurgensen of Homestead, Fla,; step-brothers and spouses, Gregg and Nancy Tomrdle of Hooper, Marty and Cyndi Tomrdle of Bellevue; stepsister, Jeanette Baker of West Point.

She was preceded in death by her father, stepfather and an infant daughter.
