Services for Jack A. Coburn Sr., 68 of Herman and formerly of Omaha were Saturday, June 6, 1992 at Roeder Mortuary in Omaha. Burial was in Hillcrest Cemetery.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty.
He is survived by two sons, Jack Jr., of Herman and Nick of Decatur, Nebraska; two daughters, Barb Labs of Blair and Trudy Stillman of Craig, Nebraska; a brother, Paul Coburn of Omaha; sisters, Cecile Formanek, Omaha; Betty Watts, Barb Turner and Jeannie McClellan, all of Calico Rock, Arkansas; Shirley Collins, Baldwin, Kansas and Alice Clark, Chesapeake, Virginia; 14 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and many nieces and nephews.
Roeder Mortuary was in charge of arrangements.
