EX-HERMAN FARM WOMAN DIES AT FREMONT; FUNERAL SERVICES FRIDAY

Funeral services for Mrs. Dora Stork, 67, former Herman farm woman who died Tuesday afternoon at Fremont, will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at Trinity Lutheran Church in Fremont.

Mrs. Stork, with her husband, the late Frank Stork, farmed west of Herman from 1926 to 1946. The latter year they moved to Fremont where Mr. Stork died in September of 1946.

Surviving Mrs. Stork are her aged mother, four brothers and six sisters, all living in Minnesota.

Death occurred Tuesday at the Dodge County Community Hospital in Fremont. Burial will be in St. Paul’s Lutheran Cemetery north of Arlington.

MRS. DORA STORK TO BE BURIED FRIDAY

Mrs. Dora Stork passed away at the Dodge County Hospital Tuesday afternoon at 4 p.m. where she has been confined for the past year.

She was born in Laconia, Minnesota on May 26, 1884 and united in marriage on December 7, 1928 to Frank Stork. Mr. and Mrs. Stork lived on a farm west of Herman until his death September 3, 1946. Since then Mrs. Stork made her home in Fremont. They had no children and surviving relatives are Mrs. Stork’s mother and brothers and sisters living in Minnesota and Mr. Stork’s six brothers and two sisters in and near Washington County. They are Martin and Albert Stork of Arlington, Rudolph of Nickerson, Henry and Gustav of Hooper, Julius of Fremont, Mrs. Ella Dunklau of Arlington and Mrs. Henry Kuhls of Fremont.

Mrs. Stork was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Fremont, from which funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, December 21st with burial in the St. Paul’s Lutheran cemetery north of Arlington.
