John D. Laaker, 79

John D. Laaker, 79 years, of Fremont, passed away on May 21, 2015. He was born April 13, 1936. John resided at Dunklau Gardens in Fremont.

John was the son of Allen and Alice Laaker. His parents were longtime residents of Blair. Both have predeceased him.

John spent much of his life in care facilities in Nebraska. He is missed and mourned by his caring friends and “family” at Merrick Manor and Dunklau Gardens in Fremont.

There will be no service. Memorials should be directed to Dunklau Gardens, as requested by John’s long-time guardian Patrick Tripp, to honor and thank the staff and caregivers who so faithfully served John during his life.

Arrangements were handled by Moser Memorial Chapel in Fremont.
