HAROLD STORK IS BURIED AT ARLINGTON

Funeral services were held Saturday, May 21, at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Arlington for Harold W. Stork, 71, of Arlington who died May 18, 1983 at Memorial Hospital of Dodge County after a long illness.

The Rev. Dennis Maaske officiated. Burial was in St. Paul’s Lutheran Cemetery in Arlington.

Harold W. Stork was born January 12, 1912, at Arlington to John William and Lena Kruger Stork. He married Helen Hansen at Blair on June 23, 1935.

A retired farmer and lifelong resident of the Arlington area, he was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church; a church Elder and was chairman of the Church Building Committee during the school and auditorium construction. He was also a member of the Lutheran Church Laymen League.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife, Helen; and three daughters, Mrs. Carl (Peggy)Dein, Mrs. Robert (Fern) Brown, and Mrs. Mick (Mary) Grefe, all of Arlington. Seven grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; a brother, Allard, Baltimore, Maryland; and a sister, Mrs. Rudolph (Edna) Fuchs, Arlington, also survive him.

Pallbearers were John Stork, Larry Fuchs, Melvern Hilgenkamp, Nick Brown, Mark Grefe, Mark Kitzelman.

Mrs. Marion Jeppesen was organist. Mrs. George Bluma was choir director.

Memorials are suggested to the church, Cancer Fund or the donor’s favorite charity.

Reckmeyer-Moser Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements for the services.
