Services for Jeanette K. Stork, 48 of rural Arlington who died January 8, 1992 at Memorial Hospital of Dodge County were Saturday, January 11 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church north of Arlington. Rev. Michael Rogers officiated. Burial was in St. Paul’s Cemetery.

Jeanette K. Hass Stork was born November 8, 1943 at Blair. She grew up in Blair and graduated from Blair High School in 1962.

She worked for an insurance company in Omaha for five years before her marriage to Eldon G. Stork October 14, 1967 at Blair. After her marriage she lived on a farm north of Arlington.

She was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church; the Evening Friends in Faith of the church; and the Arlington American Legion Auxiliary.

She was preceded in death by her father, Paul H. Hass.

She is survived by her husband, Eldon; a son, Jeffrey of Arlington; a daughter, Karen of Lincoln; her mother, Anna M. Hass of Blair and two sisters, Arlene (Mrs. Walter) Stork of Arlington and Lois (Mrs. Donald) Jorgensen of Omaha.

Pallbearers were Robert Fuchs, Leroy Laaker, Rodney Stork, Jay Thomsen, Gordon Stork and Larry Rinas.

Helen Hilgenkamp was organist. Vocal music was provided by Mary and Marci Grefe.

Memorials may be given to the church.

Reckmeyer-Moser Funeral Home in Arlington was in charge of arrangements.

ARLINGTON—The funeral for Jeanette K. Stork, 48, of rural Arlington will be 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, north of Arlington.

Mrs. Stork died Wednesday, Jan. 8, 1992, at Memorial Hospital of Dodge County. She was a homemaker.

Jeanette Hass was born Nov. 8, 1943, in Blair. She grew up there and graduated from Blair High School in 1962. She worked for an insurance company in Omaha for five years. She was a long-time resident of a farm north of Arlington.

She was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church near Arlington, the church’s Evening Friends in Faith and the Arlington American Legion Auxiliary.

She married Eldon Stork Oct. 14, 1967, in Blair. He survives.

Other survivors include her mother, Anna Hass of Blair; a son, Jeffrey of Arlington; a daughter, Karen Stork of Lincoln; two sisters, Arlene (Mrs. Walter) Stork of Arlington and Lois (Mrs. Donald) Jorgensen of Omaha.

The Rev. Michael Rogers will officiate Saturday’s service. Visitation is in progress until 9 p.m. today at Recmeyer-Moser Funeral Home in Arlington and an hour before service time at the church. Burial will be in St. Paul’s Cemetery near Arlington.

A memorial has been established to the church.
