LEONARD J. STORK, 78

Services were Tuesday, April 11 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church north of Arlington for Leonard J. Stork, 78, who died April 8, 1989 at Immanuel Medical Center in Omaha. Rev. Dennis Maaske officiated. Burial was in St. Paul’s Cemetery at Arlington.

Leonard J. Stork was born June 18, 1910 at Arlignton. He lived all his life in the Arlington area, farming north of Arlington until his retirement.

He married Maxine V. Sandeen June 18, 1940 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church at Winslow, Nebraska.

He is survived by his wife, Maxine; a son, Eldon of Arlington; and a daughter, Mrs. S. J. (Helen) Hollingsworth of Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Two brothers, Herbert Stork and Walter Stork, both of Arlington; and three grandchildren, Scott Hollingsworth of Hattiesburg, Mississippi and Karen Stork and Jeffrey Stork of Arlington also survive him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Louisa (Kroeger) Stork and a brother Edward W. Stork.

Pallbearers were Rodney Stork, David Kroeger, Larry Rinas, LeRoy Stork, Clarence Flagel and Kevin Dunbar.

Rosalyn Vogt was organist.

Reckmeyer-Moser Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
