RUTH STORK

Ruth Stork, 67 of rural Nickerson died at her home Tuesday morning following a lingering illness.

The daughter of Rudolph and Cora Stork, she was born near Nickerson on July 2, 1918 and had lvied in this area her entire lifetime. She was a memberof the Immanuel Lutheran Church of Hooper.

She is survived by one sister, Leola Stork; two aunts and several cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Melvin.

Funeral services were held on Friday, January 10, at the Immanuel Lutheran Church, with Rev. Rodney Meske officiating. Interment was in the Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery.

Music for the service was provided by Mrs. Richard Schurman, organist, and the Men’s Quartette.

Pallbearers were Randy Cunningham, Russell Cunningham, Norman Franke, Glenn Giesselman, Lavern Oerman and Lloyd Stork.

The services were under the direction of the Warne Funeral Home of Hooper.
