Services were Wednesday, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Omaha for Thomas M. Koziel, 41 of Omaha who died suddenly May 6, 1995 at his mother’s home in Omaha. Rev. Dennis Stolinski officiated. Burial was in St. John’s Cemetery in Omaha.

Thomas M. Koziel was born March 13, 1954 in Omaha. He graduated from South High School and was a long-term employee of Nebraska Furniture Mart of Omaha.

He was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Omaha.

He was preceded in death by his father, Leo.

He is survived by a son, Patrick and daughter, Eva, both of Blair, his mother, Angela Koziel of Omaha; brothers, Leland of Springfield and Ron of Omaha; his grandmother, Clara Rutten of Cedar Rapids, Nebraska; aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews and a great-niece.

Bethany Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
