Aged Blairite Had Been Ill Since Operation Early in 1944

Well-known here for many years, Mr. Fick was born at Schleswig-Holstein, Germany, on June 6, 1865. With a half-brother, he came to the United States at the age of 16 years, settling at Davenport, Iowa. Several years later he moved to Omaha, then to Blair.
