Evelyn Spiker, 81

Services for Evelyn Spiker, age 81 of Blair who died June 5, 1992 at Good Shepherd Home were Monday, June 8 at the Campbell-Aman Funeral Home with Rev. Mark Richardson officiating. Burial was in the Herman Cemetery.

Evelyn Hugelman was born April 4, 1911 at Herman, Nebraska to Leo and Anna Peterson Hugelman. She attended the Bisby School.

On March 17, 1032 she married Lloyd Spiker. They lived in the rural Spiker area until moving to Herman in 1962. He preceded her in death in June of 1965.

Evelyn resided in Blair from 1972 until her death.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, three brothers and one sister.

Surviving her are her son, Gene, of Omaha, Nebraska; two daughters: Ramona Batchelor, Woodland, Washington and Rosie Hatcher, Blair; 14 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren; one brother, Kenneth Hugelman, Burwell, Nebraska and one sister, Ruthene Smith, Blair, Nebraska.
