SERVICES FOR MRS. STOVER HELD TUESDAY IN ARLINGTON

Services for Mrs. Edna Stover were held Tuesday in Arlington. Rev. John Fritzmeier of Omaha, officiated at the 2:00 p.m. service in the Reckmeyer Funeral Chapel in Arlington. Burial was in the Arlington Cemetery.

Mrs. Stover had been a resident of Arlington, along with her husband, for the past five years. The Stovers have lived in Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri and New York.

Edna M. Stover, daughter of Wm. and Anna Bonnicksen Fertig, was born Nov. 17, 1909 at Odebolt, Iowa. She passed away July 15, 1972 at the Good Samaritan Hospital at Kearney, Nebraska at the age of 62 years, 7 months and 28 days.

On Dec. 14, 1928, she was united in marriage to Walter Stover at Council Bluffs, Iowa. Two children were born to this union: a son, Martin and a daughter, Mildred.

She leaves to mourn her husband, Walter; he daughter, Mrs. Robert (Mildred) Scheel, of Ansley, Nebraska; her son, Dr. Martin Stove, of Syracuse, Kansas; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Pauline Blake of Chambers, Nebraska; and Mrs. James (Louise) Waller of Omaha; sixteen grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. She also leaves two sisters, Mrs. Hubert (Gladys) Hummel of Sac City, Iowa; and Mrs. Bud (Helen) Hoaglund of Arthur, Iowa; and four brothers, Howard of Waterloo, Iowa; Everett, Leslie, and Marvin, all of Odebolt, Iowa, and many other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and one grandson.
