WILBER STREET IS BURIED ON WEDNESDAY

Funeral services were held Wednesdaay, August 22, at Calvary Lutheran Church in Omaha for Wilber Street of rural Blair who died Sunday, August 19, at the age of 63. Burial was in Hillcrest Cemetery.

Wilber Street was born in 1915 in Omaha. He served with the Infantry during World War II. He was an ironworker most of his life and worked many years for the Kiewitt Const. Co. in Omaha. He moved to the Blair area about 12 years ago and was a member of Calvary Lutheran Church in Omaha.

He is survived by his wife, Helen; two daughters, Lynda King, Sharon Kay; and one son, William J., all of Blair. His mother, Caroline Street on Omaha; two sisters, Florence Gould, Omaha and Dorothy Obteshka of Springfield, Nebraska; and two granddaughters also survive him.

Kremer Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements for the services.
